Postage timeframes

Shipping Delays

Due to circumstances outside of our control, delivery delays may occur. If you believe there has been an issue with your delivery, please contact us through live chat or M Collectibles Facebook or Instagram page within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email so we can launch an investigation on your behalf. Please note if your delivery includes any pre-order items, your order will be dispatched as soon as stock arrives to our warehouse, unless there is a predefined retail release date from the publisher which we are required to adhere to – in which, your pre-order will be held from dispatch or pick-up until the official release date.

If your order contains both a pre-order product and ready stocked items, your entire order will be placed on-hold from pick-up or dispatch until the pre-order product is stocked. If you would like to split your order to receive stocked products immediately, please place separate orders or contact us through live chat. Please note that orders split will incur additional shipping charge ($15 flat rate).

Redirection

Due to limitations outside of our control, we are unable to redirect your order after it has been dispatched. If you believe that your delivery address has an error, please contact us urgently and we will attempt to resolve with the courier. Liability does not lie with us if the address was entered incorrectly.
